Pick a free slot that suits you and review the pricing - standard and peak-hour rates are shown separately. Confirm your booking and you will immediately receive a unique CM reference code. That short alphanumeric code is your confirmation. Show it on your phone when you arrive at the club. No online payment is required: you pay the rental fee directly at the venue.

DO I PAY FOR THE BOOKING THROUGH THE APP?

No - payment for court rental is made directly at the venue, not through the app. When you arrive, show your CM reference code and pay at the reception. Simple and secure - no card details needed in the app.

All prices shown are the rates set by the venue owner and refer to the court rental per slot. If the venue offers extras like racket hire or ball rental, those prices are listed on the court page before you book - no surprises when you arrive.

WHERE DO I FIND MY BOOKING CONFIRMATION?

Your confirmation is available in two places. The 'My Bookings' section in your player profile shows all current and past bookings - date, time, venue name and CM reference for each one. We also send a confirmation email to the address you registered with.

The CM reference is what identifies you at the venue - just open the app or your email and show it to staff. No printout needed. If the email did not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us at info@kortyonline.pl.

CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING FREE OF CHARGE?

Yes, you can cancel directly in the app - no need to call the club. The cancellation rules depend on the individual venue's policy, which is always shown on the court page before you book.

The most common free cancellation window is 24 hours before the game. If you cancel within that window, the booking is removed at no charge. Cancelling takes a few seconds: go to 'My Bookings', select the booking, and tap 'Cancel'.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BOOK A TENNIS COURT IN POLAND?

Court rental prices in Poland vary by city, surface type and time of day. Each venue on Korty Online sets its own pricing. There are two rate tiers: a standard rate outside peak hours, and a higher peak rate for popular evening and weekend slots.

The full pricing for every court is visible on its page before you book - no hidden fees. The rates shown refer to the court rental per slot. Any extras, such as racket hire, are listed separately under the venue's amenities.

HOW DO I FIND A TENNIS COURT NEAR ME?

On the homepage, enter your city in the search field or select a voivodeship on the interactive map of Poland. The system shows available venues in your area.

Filter by sport (tennis, padel or squash), surface type, amenities and availability on a specific date. Each result shows the price per slot, player ratings and photos. When you find a suitable slot, book it in seconds - no phone calls, available 24 hours a day.

HOW DO I FIND PARTNERS TO PLAY WITH?

Finding a tennis, padel or squash partner works through the 'Find a Game' section. You will see a list of open bookings where organisers are still looking for players. Each listing shows the sport, city, date, time, the organiser's skill level and the number of open spots.

When you find a game that suits you, send a join request. The organiser has one hour to respond - if they do not, the system automatically accepts your request. Once you join, the booking appears in your profile and you get an email confirmation. On the day, go to the court and pay your share of the rental fee directly at the venue.

HOW DOES AUTOMATIC REQUEST ACCEPTANCE WORK?

Accepted Answer

Automatic acceptance means you never wait indefinitely for an organiser's reply. When you send a join request, the organiser has one hour to accept or decline. If they take no action within that hour, the system automatically accepts your request.

After automatic acceptance, the booking appears in your profile the same way as a manual acceptance. You also receive an email confirmation. The mechanism only applies when there is still an open spot - if someone else filled it before your request was processed, automatic acceptance will not trigger.

WHY DO I NEED TO SET MY SKILL LEVEL (1-5)?

The 1–5 skill scale helps match you with players at a similar standard, keeping games balanced and enjoyable for everyone. What each level means: 1 - beginner; 2 - improver; 3 - intermediate, plays regularly; 4 - advanced, tournament or long-term training experience; 5 - professional or semi-professional.

When you list an open game, your level is shown so other players know what standard to expect. Your Korty Online profile lets you set your level separately for tennis, padel and squash - you can be a strong tennis player and a complete beginner in padel at the same time.

CAN I CREATE A MATCHMAKING GAME FOR MORE THAN TWO PLAYERS?

Yes - you can organise singles (1 vs 1), doubles or group games. When creating a booking, specify how many players you already have and how many more you need. The listing will show the number of open spots.

Players who want to join send requests and you decide who to accept - manually or by waiting for automatic acceptance after one hour. Once the group is full, the listing is removed from the board. Each participant pays their share of the rental fee directly at the venue.

Question 11

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY JOINS MY MATCH?

Nothing goes wrong - the booking stays valid and you play alone or with whoever you invited yourself. You cover the court rental cost at the venue, just like any standard booking.

If you want to withdraw the listing before the scheduled time, cancel it in accordance with the venue's policy. Open game listings stay visible until the booking time passes or the group fills up. The earlier you post, the more time other players have to find it and send a request.

CAN I PLAY WITH PLAYERS AT A HIGHER OR LOWER LEVEL?

Yes - the matchmaking system suggests compatible matches, but the final call is yours and the organiser's. When browsing open games, you can see each organiser's level and send a join request even for a game that is a level or two away from yours.

The organiser can accept or decline at their own discretion. If you are running your own game, you decide who to let in. Your profile lets you set your level separately for tennis, padel and squash - someone can be an advanced tennis player (4) and a padel beginner (1) at the same time.

HOW DO I ADD A NEW COURT TO AN EXISTING VENUE?

Adding courts is done through the owner panel. Log in, go to your venue and click 'Add Court'. In the setup wizard define: the sport, surface type (clay, hard, artificial grass, wooden floor or carpet), whether the court is indoor or outdoor, and upload photos.

Then configure the schedule - opening hours for each day of the week, slot duration (30, 60 or 90 minutes), standard and peak-hour pricing, and the cancellation policy. Every court you add immediately appears in the Korty Online search. You can manage multiple courts in one venue - each with its own independent schedule and pricing.

CAN I SET DIFFERENT PRICES FOR EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS?

Yes - Korty Online supports two pricing tiers for each court: standard and peak. In the schedule builder you define which hours are peak - for example, evenings from 5 pm to 10 pm and all weekend slots. The higher peak rate applies automatically during those periods.

Players see both rates on the court page before booking - no surprises. You can configure peak hours independently for each court. This lets you maximise revenue during high-demand slots while keeping lower prices at quieter times to attract more bookings.

HOW DO I VERIFY A PLAYER WHO ARRIVES FROM THE APP?

Verification is simple and needs no extra hardware. In your booking calendar, every online booking has a unique CM reference - a short alphanumeric code generated automatically by the system.

When a player arrives, ask them to show the CM reference on their phone - in the app or their confirmation email. Compare it with the reference in your calendar. If they match, the player enters. No ID check needed. Each CM reference is unique to one booking and cannot be reused for a different time slot.

DOES THE SYSTEM HANDLE PHONE BOOKINGS AND WALK-INS?

Yes - Korty Online handles both online bookings and clients who call or walk in without a reservation. As a venue owner, you add manual bookings directly in the calendar: enter the client's name and phone number, pick a free slot, and the system blocks it immediately.

There is no risk of a double-booking between online and walk-in clients. You can also block time slots for maintenance, servicing or private events. Manual and online bookings appear together in one calendar view - no separate notebook or spreadsheet needed.

WHAT AMENITIES CAN I LIST IN MY CLUB PROFILE?

Your venue profile supports six amenity categories: car parking on site, showers, changing rooms with lockers, a food point or snack bar, racket rental, and ball and equipment rental.

Each amenity you tick appears as an icon on your venue page, visible to players before they book. Players filter venues by amenities - drivers look for parking, players without their own gear look for rental. Listing your amenities increases visibility in filtered searches and makes your venue stand out. You can update them at any time from the owner panel.

HOW DO I MANAGE COURT BOOKINGS ONLINE?

Court management runs through the owner panel - accessible in any browser on desktop or mobile. The booking calendar shows all occupied and free slots for each court individually or across your entire venue. Switch between day, week and month views as needed.

New online bookings appear in real time via WebSocket - no page refresh required. Click any booking to see its CM reference, sport, duration and type (online, phone or walk-in). You can add manual bookings with one click and block slots for maintenance or take a court offline for a set period. Everything in one place.
